He makes the transition very simple
My mother has recently sold a house to Brad Bittiker. We had spoken with Brad earlier on as we were getting estimates from other renovators. We initially contracted to sell a the home with a husband of a woman that I work with. At the time of closing, he was unable to obtain a loan, so the deal didn't go through.
We called Brad and asked if he was still interested. I know that I should have gone with him in the very beginning. We only went with the other buyer because he was a friend. Big Mistake!!!!!!!!!
